Refund Policy

The short version

A credit pack is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of its credits have been spent. Once you start spending a pack, that pack is no longer refundable. Your statutory consumer rights are never limited by this policy.

How purchases work

Credit-pack purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record — Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction, your receipt comes from Paddle, and approved refunds are executed by Paddle to your original payment method.

The 14-day refund

If you bought a pack and haven't spent any of its credits, tell us within 14 days of the purchase and you get a full refund. Email support@loreon.ink with your Paddle order number (it's on the receipt), or reply to the Paddle receipt itself.

Once you start spending

Credits pay for digital work that is performed immediately at your direction. By purchasing credits and starting to spend them, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of that digital service and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) no longer applies to the purchased pack once its performance has begun — which is why unspent packs are refundable and partially spent packs are not.

Free credits

Welcome and promotional credits are granted free of charge, have no cash value, and are not refundable.

Failed runs

The studio settles every agent run against actual usage: reserved credits for a run that fails or is cancelled are returned automatically. If a charge ever looks wrong, write to support@loreon.ink — we investigate and restore credits for verified faults.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you hold under Norwegian consumer law or other mandatory law in your country of residence. Norwegian consumers can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for guidance.
